The Method Studio is a classical Pilates studio located on the outskirts of St Peter Port, Guernsey, at Ruette Braye. Designed as a calm and welcoming space, the studio offers personalised instruction in a peaceful environment with the convenience of on-site parking.

 

Equipped with a range of Legacy Apparatus —including Reformers, Towers, a Cadillac, Wunda Chairs, High Chair, Ladder Barrel, Pedi Pole, Spine Correctors and Small Barrels—the studio provides everything needed to experience the Pilates method as it was originally intended.
